Unless otherwise specified, rooms are available between 3:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Any arrivals after this time slot will be agreed with the facility management and an extra charge will be applied. However, we kindly ask you to communicate your expected arrival time at least the morning of your arrival date.
Guests are asked to provide identification upon arrival to complete the emergency check-in form and to settle payment for their stay at the same time.
The agreed-upon price for your stay at Corte San Francesco includes use of the apartment and the supply of towels and sheets, use of the TV and air conditioning/heat pumps, and use of all bathroom accessories. Extra linen changes are not included in the price, nor is cleaning.
There are no check-in and check-out times; guests can leave and return as they please.
Pets are not allowed inside Corte San Francesco, solely for hygiene reasons and to address any allergies of other guests.
For public safety reasons, guests are also not permitted to allow other people into Corte San Francesco at any time.
Please note that on the day of departure, apartments must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleaning and check-in. A late arrival will result in an additional night's stay.
Please use the restrooms properly and politely, avoiding throwing anything down the toilet (use the designated bins).
Inside the apartment, you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc. For any other needs, please don't hesitate to ask; we will do our best to accommodate you.
Smoking, hosting events, and connecting any household appliances (with the exception of electric razors in the bathroom) are prohibited inside the property.
Guests are kindly requested to observe silence during the hours of 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. In any case, guests are requested to maintain a behavior that does not disturb the tranquility of others at any time of the day or in any way.
Each guest is required to compensate for any damage caused and for the improper use of complementary amenities. Keys must be returned at the end of their stay. Loss of keys will be charged for the damage. Please turn off room lights, air conditioning, the TV, and other appliances when you are out of the room.
A €100.00 deposit will be required upon check-in to cover any damage.
We decline any responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of your property. We are not responsible for any disruptions due to total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection beyond our control.
Reservation requests can be made via email or phone. You will receive a confirmation email from us, along with payment instructions.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer.
In the event that, for unforeseen reasons, the booked property becomes unavailable due to extraordinary maintenance or force majeure, we will find suitable accommodations or, at the customer's request, refund the entire deposit amount without further claims.
In the event of cancellation more than 20 days before the scheduled stay, the entire deposit will be retained.
